Coreless technology, high productivity and economic efficiency along the entire production chain

The MPW is a compact, highly productive machine that works with a turret winder and three rewind shafts. This solution is designed for working a wide spectrum of paper and board categories, including coated and uncoated papers, pressure-sensitive papers, plotter rolls and self-adhesive laminated papers, but it is also a good choice for converting hot stamping, vehicle or plastic and self-adhesive foils.

As a special feature, the MPW features a coreless technology allowing to wind with or without core, thus offering the possibility to choose the method that best suits your production requirements. With the coreless winding option, MPW eliminates the need for paper core, reducing waste and further enhancing sustainability while maintaining top-quality winding. 
 
The machine covers the entire manufacturing process from cutting through winding, banding, labelling to final packaging of the finished rolls. Moreover, it displays a compact, state-of-the-art design and offers excellent winding quality thanks to GOEBEL IMS’ proven slitting and winding technologies.

The MPW can be complemented by a downstream line consisting of:

– palletizing station
